The luxurious Villa Solitaire designed by Matteo Thun stands on the hills of Son Vida and enjoys spectacular views over the bay of Palma de Mallorca.
Four floors developed over an area of 2,380 square meters – seven bedrooms, six master bathrooms, swimming pool and spa, lounges, outdoor cinema and more than 2,000 square meters of terrace – all in limestone of a pure white colour and strong resistance, extracted in Antequera, near Malaga.
The preservation and protection of the natural white of the Villa’s internal and external surfaces are guaranteed by a professional treatment that uses a particular water repellent agent. Used on 2,000 square meters inside and the 380 square meters laid in the pool and the waterways adjacent to the Villa, it protects external, internal floors from water, moisture, and atmospheric agents.
The surfaces of Villa Solitaire have also been treated against stains with a protective hydro-oil breathable repellent used specifically for non-shiny surfaces.
