With the first stop of the “Pietra in Movimento” roadshow in Florence, the PNA Network reaffirms its commitment to promoting the culture of authentic natural stone – a traditional building material that is now at the forefront of new technical, aesthetic and sustainable applications in contemporary architecture. The event provides a forum for dialogue between companies, architects and industry professionals, featuring specialist presentations and national and international case studies.

An EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) is a certified document that describes the environmental impact of a product throughout its entire life cycle, based on verified data in accordance with international standards (ISO 14025, EN 15804) and validated by third-party bodies.
In 2025 PNA developed the first sector EPD for natural stone: it does not concern a single product or company, but the entire industry. It confirms, with objective data, the low environmental impact of the supply chain, especially in terms of CO₂ emissions, from quarrying to end of life. The study was previewed at Marmo+Mac 2025.
