Located in the district symbol of urban renewal in Milan Porta Nuova – Garibaldi – Corso Como, the new four-star superior hotel Milano Verticale | UNA Esperienze is the new gateway to Piazza Gae Aulenti.
Studio Vudafieri-Saverino Partners curate this project for the interiors and landscape. Studio Asti Architetti commands the redevelopment of the former residence’s facades, The Big, which has returned to the tower its original verticality while improving energy performance.
In a cultured reinterpretation of the modernity of the post-war Milanese masters, the Studio led by Tiziano Vudafieri and Claudio Saverino, embellished the interior with polychrome marble such as Giallo Siena, Azul Imperial, Avocatus Lether, Stone Wood, Raian Forest Green, Patagonia, Green Beola.
A project aimed at interpreting “a new time, to give form and function to the needs of travelers and citizens looking for emotive landscapes to accommodate their needs.” The result is an “urban hotel” that surpasses the traditional concept of a hotel, becoming a meeting place for work, a hub of innovative services, and a food & beverage destination, “with Chef Enrico Bartolini to give shape, meaning soul, and function to catering spaces.”
For all intents and purposes, an “urban device” with a large internal garden of over 1000 square meters, a redesigned external square, and all of Via Rosales, strengthens the relationship between facades and exteriors, giving continuity to the green between spaces, both public and private.
The property consists of 173 rooms spread over 12 floors, to which 530 square meters of the rooftop are added on the thirteenth floor in addition to 4 Penthouse Suites: 4 exclusive penthouses-with large panoramic terraces with Jacuzzi pools. The rooftop and Penthouse can also be combined, creating a single large environment of over 900 square meters.
